Let me tell you, this product is a total disaster. It's like the developers took all the awful ideas they could find and mashed them into one clunky contraption. I mean, seriously, the instructions are about as helpful as a foreign language. You'd think with all the buzz surrounding this tool, it would actually perform. But nope, it's just another
